Why is my account suspended? Can it be reactivated?
If you received a notification informing you that your account was suspended or you tried to make a booking and you received an alert saying the same then your account has been suspended due to too many no-shows.
Our goal is to protect our restaurants as no-shows cost them revenue. We also want to ensure that we maintain a wide selection of restaurants for our users. For these reasons we monitor user behavior closely and must take action in some cases.
If your account has been suspended and you believe it was done so in error or if you choose to dispute a suspension you should contact our customer support team
